Management performs ekspertno-analytical work on governance and improving the investment climate. Priority areas are assessment and development of proposals for improving strategic planning, regulatory activities and support of small businesses.

In 2005-2008 T. Tsydypovworked as a leading specialist in the development of trade and economic relations in the Embassy of the Netherlands in Russia. In 2008 - 2011, consultant at the World Bank implemented projects for the public administration reform in Russia, migration in Central Asia.

From 2010 to 2012 – Advisor to the Deputy rector, Russian presidential Academy of national economy and state service under the President of the Russian Federation.

Candidate of political Sciences. He finished postgraduate studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia, master's degree in "international politics" of the University of Wales in Aberystwyth (UK). Scholarship programme Chevening UK Government.
