Sergey Kozlov

Born of December 13th, 1977 in Severobaikalsk.
Graduated from VSGTU. Got additional education at the Academy of People’s Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow). Speciality – ‘economic and enterprise management’.
Worked for municipal company ‘City electric networks’ in Ulan-Ude as engineer, dispatcher. Then became a chief engineer at the municipal company ‘Gorsvet’.
Since August 2005 -  first deputy administration head of the Oktyabrsky District (Ulan-Ude), then – chairman of the city committee on municipal services under Ulan-Ude administration
In July 2009 года appointed Minister of Transport Development, Energy and Roads of the Buryatia Republic.
