Natalya Svetozarova

Born in Ulan-Ude. In 1989 graduated from Eastern Syberian State Technological University.
In 1996 got second higher education in Eastern Syberian State Technological University – with speciality ‘organiization and management of production’, qualification - ‘economist’.
Since 1995 - worked in the Buryatia Republic Ministry of Finance.
Since 2002 – head of division of budget policies and restructuring at the Ministry of finance of Buryatia Republic. Dealt with issues of interbudget relations, formation and execution of the republican budget, main lines of the republican budget and tax policies, including those at the Program for social-economic development of the Republic of Buryatia.
Since November 3d ,  2009 – First Deputy Minister of Culture of Buryatia Republic – Chair of the Committee of Professional Art, Budget Planning and Target Programs.
