Tatyana Dumnova

Born in the village of Khasurta, Khorinsky District, Buryatskaya Autonomos Soviet Socialist Republic
In 1980 graduated from the Eastern Syberian Technological University. Speciality – ‘leather production technology’, qualification – ‘engineer-technologist’. 
In 1996 graduated from the Russian Academy of State Service under RF President, speciality – ‘automatic systems of data processing and management’, qualification – ‘system analytist in information management technologies’. Has the Certificate in international management under the TACIS EDRUS project 9517 ‘Strengthening of State Management Institutions in the Baikal Region’.
Since 2004 – Candidate of Science (Economics).
August 6th  2002 appointed Minister of Economic Development and External Relations of the Buryatia Republic, member of the Buryatia Republic Government.
Since June 30th, 2008 – Minister of Economics of the Buryatia Republic.
Under the guidance of Tatyana G. Dumnova since 2000 in the Buryatia Republic the system of indicative management has been introduced.
Since 2007 the project of ‘Baikal Harbour’ Special Economic Zone is being realized in Buryatia and at present is considered one of the most successful of its kind in Russian Federation.
Since 2008 the system of population state services support in the format of ‘one window’ has been introduced in the Republic. In 2012 multifunctional center in Ulan-Ude became one of the best (2nd) in the Russian Federation. There are 5 branches of the Center functioning in the republic.

In 2002 was conferred the title of the ‘Honoured Economist of the Republic of Buryatia’.
Married with a son.

In 2016 selected as a member of the Public chamber of the Republic of Buryatia.
