Petr Noskov

Born on September 1st, 1956  in the village  Sharalday, Mukhorshibirsky District, Buryatskaya Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
Got two higher educations, specialities: ‘engineer-mechanic’ , ‘economist/business accounting
After graduating from Buryatia State Agricultural Institute worked as a teacher at Verkhche-Zhirimsky Technical College No 2. 
1979-1991 – engineer, then – deputy chief and chief of  Rayselhoztechnika at Mukhorshibirsky District, then – director of the agricultural collective farm ‘Avangard’.
1992-1997 –  Chairman of the District Administration Committee on State Property and Municipal Economy
1997-2002 – head of Mukhorshibirsky District
2002 по 2005  – Chairman of the Buryatia Republic State Committee on Nature  Management and Environmental Protection
In 2005 - Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, Republic of Buryatia
By a Decree No 313 of the Buryatia Republic President as of August 30th, 2008 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Buryatia Republic  and concurrently - Head of Administration of the Buryatia Republic Head and of the Buryatia Republic Government; member of the Buryatia Republic Government.
Honoured worker of the agricultural industry.  Awarded by the Certificate of Honour of the Buryatia Republic People’s Khural (Assembly). Has Certificate of Honour from the RF Ministry of Natural Resources.
