Presentation of the project ‘Comfortable Legal Environment’ was held In the framework of ‘Baikal Dialogue’ Forum

Today when the III International Forum ‘Baikal Dialogue’ is opening in Ulan-Ude, presentation of the federal project ‘Comfortable Legal Environment’ was held at the Buryat Business Center.

In the event organized by the party ‘Edinaya Rossia’ took part State Duma deputies, representatives of the state power bodies of different levels, public figures, experts and businessmen. 

Federal co-ordinator of the project, State Duma deputy Raphael M.Mardanshin, was present at the event. He told the gathering how the project is being realized in the regions of Russia, about the prospects it envisages for solving various tasks.  He pointed out that the project can help promptly regulate both everyday problems of Russian citizen as well as problems in the sphere of business and interaction with judicial system.

‘Our main task – quickly react to the people’s requests. Help them promptly liquidate ‘blank spots’  in the sphere of legislation. That appeals and to enterpreneurs as well. Business should feel itself comfortable while functioning, and ordinary citizen should find it easy to regulate their everyday relations», -  Raphael Mardanshin stressed. He also mentioned the necessity to regulate the legislation in the social entrepreneurship sphere that includes public organizations that earn or collect money for distribution for charity purposes.

In the framework of the realized project legislative initiatives will be considered from all Russian citizen without any conclusion. They will be solved by profile ministries and institutions. The project actively interacts with business-community with the aim of creating favourable conditions for the middle class businessmen.

All speakers at the presentations pointed out that, before initiating any new legislation acts or amendments to those that already exist , it is worth asking the opinion of the experts, public and all parties involved. 

At the presentation that was moderated by the People’s Khural deputy of the Buryatia Republic, the project  ‘Comfortable Legal Environment’ co-ordinator  Yulia V. Zhambalova deputy chairman of the People’s Khural Vladimir F.Pavlov spoke. Also among the speakers were State Duma deputy Valery V. Omelchenko, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Buryatia Republic Pavel G. Filatov, co-head of the “Comfortable Legal Environment’ party project Igor Sudetz, representatives of public organizations and experts.
