Minister of Population Social Protection of the Buryatia Republic

Born and grown up in Ulan-Ude. In 1984 graduated with an honoured diploma from the Eastern-Syberian Technological Institute. Speciality: ‘leather goods’ technology’ 
In 2001 graduated from Syberian Academy of State Service. Speciality: ‘State and Municipal Management’
Started her career in 1984 as deputy secretary of the komsomol (Young Communist League) Committee at the Eastern-Syberian Technological Institute. 
 1989-1992 occupied different positions at the district komsomol committee.
 1992-1999 – head of the division on youth matters, physical culture and sports; head of the organizing division of the Sovietsky ditrict city administration (Ulan-Ude.
In August 1999 appointed deputy head of the administration of the Oktyabrsky district.
2002-2006  - first deputy committee chairman on social policies at Ulan-Ude city administration – head of the organizing directorate.
Since December 2006 — chairman of the Ulan-Ude committee on social poliсies
2008 -2012 – head of administration of the Soviet district (Ulan-Ude)
On July 16th , 2012 was appointed Minister of Population Social Protection of the Buryatia Republic
Honoured worker of public services of the Republic of Buryatia (2003).
Awarded with Certificate of Honour of  Ulan-Ude city deputies’ council (2010); Certificate of Honour from the RF Ministerof Defence (2011); Letter of Gratitude letter from the President of the Buryatia Republic (2008);
For Special Services in the Professional Activity was awarded by the medal ZS ROST ‘First Thrice Hero of the Soviet Union A.Pokryshkin' (2003);  by the Order ‘ For the Merits’ of the Russian Union of Afghanistan veterans (2010).
Married with two children.
